At Walnut Motorsport we put our unique stamp on our corporate hospitality at some of the best motorsport venues across Europe. We specialise in working with corporate clients, arranging everything to make their day complete. We are happy to work with you whatever your group size whether for just 4 people or for a group of 250! Our event management will include exclusive suite or team access, tickets and passes, guest information leaflets, food and drinks, event programmes and event hosting. Our clients just have to look after their guests!
Having said that, we can also provide options to further enhance the experience. These can include motorsport merchandise and gifts, hosting by a professional driver, transport options such as helicopter transfers and other marketing opportunities.
In 2008 we can offer corporate hospitality at the following specific events:
1st June - Le Mans Test Day
14th &15th June - Le Mans 24 Hours
25th, 26th & 27th June - F1 Testing at Silverstone
4th, 5th, 6th July - British Grand Prix at Silverstone
2nd & 3rd August - Spa 24 Hours
22nd, 23rd & 24th August - European Grand Prix at Valencia
13th & 14th September - Le Mans Series at Silverstone
We can also arrange hospitality at any event at any UK circuit - just ask if you have something in mind.
